ICOMS is a Joint Venture Company between Lion Services Limited and O&M Advisory and Operations Private Limited, set up specifically to provide Integrated City Operations & Maintenance Services for the City development initiatives taken by the Government of India. Cities such as Mohali, Chandigarh, Bhubneshwar, Bilaspur, Raipur, Lucknow, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Jalandhar are already being serviced by the Group.Year after year, the authorities face public wrath and upheaval, in spite of their best effort to manage the city infrastructure due to non-availability professionally managed, technology driven, adequately staffed, systems-oriented operations and maintenance service providers to support their endeavor.
ICOMS aim is to establish itself as a partner to all such authorities and provide an integrated one stop solution for all aspects of city operations and maintenance services covering the entire spectrum of assets involving, structures, buildings, electromechanical installations, electrical installations, parking facilities, roads, footpaths, road furniture (signs, traffic lights, blinkers, delineators), drains and drainage system, historical & other monuments, horticulture & landscaping, garbage disposal, sweeping and the general upkeep of the City.
ICOMS extensively uses technology to provide, efficient, effective, comprehensive, timely and cost-effective city O&M Service. As a part of ICOMS ongoing endeavour to introduce technology-based services ICOMS introduces GOBBLER-Pro, a state of the art indigenously manufactured Battery-Operated Litter Picking Machine. Prestigious clients such as Indira Gandhi International Airport, Bangalore International Airport and TVS Motor Company have also started using GOBBLER-Pro machines.
